Culture: Who proclaims the resurrection?

As most people will have now heard, there are some people that are going around proclaiming that the man Jesus is the messiah, and rose from the dead after he was crucified back in the early XXX's.

What is being taught is that it is "necessary for the Christ to suffer and to rise from the dead," and Paul even says, "This Jesus, whom I proclaim to you, is the Christ." This is being taught from synagogues across the ends of the earth.

The numbers of Jesus-followers have been growing, to many thousands of people. 

Could this man Jesus be the Messiah?
